You forgot the green font.

He hasn't sniffed court time...he's a project ...but I'm not down on the kid as the 14th player on the roster yet...guys like him need to go up against starting vets and learn by mistakes...we aren't tanking...he's not getting that burn...hence..G leagueJake and Meyers both showed glimpses in their first year. In fact, Jake was nearly a 50/40/90 rookie and Jake had his outburst against the Warriors. I haven't seen anything close to that from Biggie.
As this is my ballet class night, I can say tonight's game was like a competition between Baryshnikov and a first year ballet student

I've seen this narrative so many times about the end of the bench guys..my point is they were not so long ago those guys. You forgot the green font.
Yeah, but just watch Swanigan when he's in the game. Just watch him. He moves like he's stuck in the mud and everyone else is on roller skates and pogo sticks.you know how many people said that about Jake Layman and Meyers Leonard? Biggie is a second year guy

You can't coach athletic ability into him.He hasn't sniffed court time...he's a project ...but I'm not down on the kid as the 14th player on the roster yet...guys like him need to go up against starting vets and learn by mistakes...we aren't tanking...he's not getting that burn...hence..G league
I listen to games on the radio for the most part but I watched his G league games and he can hoop...don't care what the detractors say..the nba game has to slow down for him and he's not there yet...project in my viewYeah, but just watch Swanigan when he's in the game. I bet her name was Brenda. It's always a Brenda. With 20 seconds left, I stood to give the team a standing ovation. The woman behind me said “Hey Buddy! Can you sit down so we can see the game?” I sat down but wtf? I should have told her off. Bummer ending to great night.
You need to watch. G league is beyond worthless. Worse than summer league.I listen to games on the radio for the most part but I watched his G league games and he can hoop...don't care what the detractors say..the nba game has to slow down for him and he's not there yet...project in my view
Zach Randolph couldn't jump over a newspaperYou can't coach athletic ability into him.
well that's your opinion...I watched every player from the Blazers play G league and got a good idea of what they could do..sure they don't play much defense..it's more like euro ball. I don't watch college ball..I watched Jake Layman in G league and was one of the only fans to think he had an NBA game....you don't get that impression from him waving a towelYou need to watch. G league is beyond worthless. Worse than summer league.
Why so hard to get the reference? Baryshnikov was a household name ballet dancer in the 80s. He even did movies. If you knew who Kareem was, you knew who Baryshnikov was. He was that famous.I will admit I understand this reference (I once dated a professional ballerina for several years).
Do you understand your audience? Most these folks have no clue of what you’re talking. I mean, I barely understand. No disrespect intended (towards you, at least).
But he had quickness. And he had a skill for putting the ball in the hoop.Zach Randolph couldn't jump over a newspaper
It's a glorified rec league.well that's your opinion...I watched every player from the Blazers play G league and got a good idea of what they could do..sure they don't play much defense..it's more like euro ball

I was mocked in my 32 losses thread for saying we could win 50.Blazers at a season high 12-games over 500.
(And yes, I heard Brian Wheeler even say that after the game, so the 'games over 500' definition should be put to rest.)

The Blazers are 3 games behind the 2014-15 pace, and 3 games ahead of the 2017-18 pace. That 50 win target is within sight!

His feet were what kept Randolph in the league and allowed him to thrive. He had quick feet and amazing fundamental footwork for a big Thicc guy like that. But he had quickness. And he had a skill for putting the ball in the hoop.
Well the young ones wouldn’t know but the old ones should.Dude, you’re giving too much credit to these S2 folks.
Not trying to hate, I’m just being honest.

You always have to earn it. We’ve shown we can beat good teams on the road in pressure circumstances. Also- a lot of these road games are against crappy teams. I’m confident we’ll get to 50.18 of the remaining 30 games are on the road. To get to 50 wins, they will have to earn it.
Going on 13-411&4 last 15
I had it pegged!
