This feels like the season Nate got fired. Not necessarily the same amount of mutiny but feels like the team is at a similar low point.

Feels simliar....but with WAY more talent. Such a waste.

nurk didnt averaged much attempts per game (thats why his ppg were down) which is either his or stotts fault, but as far as rebounding goes, he was never "greedy rebounder", meaning he likes to clear space in order for his teammates to get the rebound, unlike kanter or whiteside who always go hard for the rebounds... the point is this: who gives a shit who gets the rebound, nurk or someone else, as long as its portland trail blazers player

however, given what nurk said after the game against memphis, it seems like it was a coaching decision to play him like that

I agree to some degree it's game plan as well, but the same coach has given him more offnsive responsibilities in the past so probably he sees that something was off. To me he didn't seem aggressive enough, Nurk needs to be dominant out there and the nickname beast has been a joke so far. This was like a kitty not beast. Lets hope he keeps this up.
