wow dame was only 2-8 from 3 tonight? Seemed like he made more, and was better than that.

I really want that 2 seed. Playing Dallas or LAC is a lot better than playing San Antonio
Me too. Who knows who we'll play well against though. Everyone wanted Dallas in 2011. They beat us and won the title. Last year, Houston thought they were going to finals since they were 7-1 vs our side of the bracket and they got disposed of in 6 games. I don't really care who we play but I do want the highest seed possible. I want home court advantage in the second round. If OKC takes down Warriors, that would give us HCA for the whole western conference playoffs and very possibly the NBA Finals.

Your post is so correct. It really rests on who is hot going to the playoffs. But yeah if there is one thing I want, regardless if they are entering in the playoffs hot or not, I don't want the Spurs.

Even OKC would be good...
You think? When healthy with all their new pieces, they are the best team OKC has ever had. Steven Adams/Enes Kanter is a big improvement over Kendrick Perkins. We are 3-0 vs OKC this year but Durant didn't play in any of the games. I think we could beat them but it would be tough.

Difference is in 2011 we were underdogs regardless. Just looking for best chance, and Dallas WAS our best shot. LA, OKC, SA (even though they were upset by Memphis) would've smashed us.

I'm not afraid of any team this season. That's why!

It's weird because I think SA is most dangerous team in playoffs (and the favorite to go to Finals) but we were 3-1 against them. I know it doesn't matter but I feel like this year could be different. Who knows?

We could've beaten LA. We played them well during the year (3-1, I think. At least 2-2) and they got swept by Dallas.

Never fear them. Respect them, but have confidence you can step on their throats. That's when a team is truly "elite"

hey if we can get past them if we were to meet than how can you not like our chances? Only other threat IMO is Memphis with Conley and there big guys. Maybe someone can upset Memphis.

I think Clippers can "upset" Memphis. Houston can't.

We have generally been good against them in the regular season. It is a little misleading, though, because they have rested there big guns a few times against us. The Spurs know when to really turn it up and that is at playoff time. Not regular season.

Memphis is the only team I'm most concerned with. They are just way physical and dirty up the game. That's tough because they are the best at playing that game. Teams that can beat them are ones that force Memphis to play fast paced. Our team isn't one that dictates the game like that

I don't think home court matters in the playoffs. In the regular season, teams get up to play at home, and there's the travel issue.

Home teams still have a better winning percentage in the playoffs, because the better teams play more home games by design.

But the Warriors getting the Thunder in the 1st round....that is insane. When Durant comes back, the Thunder will probably be the best 8th seed team of all time. What a nice reward for having the nba's best record.

Lol GS wins in 7 only to meet up with SA in the 2nd... What a reward for being the best team.

62% from the FT line. Eww. Luckily these are fluke type games and we were hitting almost everything. Won't have many games like that.

Loved the 3 guard line ups tonight. Both Blake and CJ add a lot just with their passing. Great ball movement. No lazy passes tonight.

great point! I can really remember MAYBE one, but that's stretching it. It was a solid, solid effort for 48 minutes.

Swing...swing...swing....SWING! Some of those passes are just devastating.

That was just beautiful to watch. When they are moving the ball like that they almost as fun as Terry, Jerome and Clyde on the break.

LA hit it on the head. When Nic plays like that and I noticed him talking to him the bench. They are an awfully good team. Nic was filling it up both defensively and offensively. He looks really good.

True, the Blazers offense tends to go as their ball movement goes. When they stop moving the ball they struggle.
