Here is Pat's game logs. I knew it was bad. I didn't know it was this bad.
Inconsistent? Pats been consistently bad recently. You don't bench him but you try not to play him too much.I don't think this is the game to bench Pat. These guys are all inconsistent. Giving him more minutes might just break him out of his slump.
Definitely not a good time for a back to back after the starters all played big minutes and then we lose Dame for this game.
Pat will get 12 minutes at SG and 12 minutes at SF. But yes I would absolutely give Baldwin 6 minutes in the first half at PG to see what he can do. Hopefully at least provide some energy on D. If he plays well...... give him some more time in the 3rd.
Neither he, nor Allen Crabbe, are the answer. Give me Courtney Lee.6 points total in the past 5 games. LOL. But god forbid we try and replace him.

Meyers and a 2019 first for Lee and a 2018 NYK 2nd.He’s not good enough to justify the financial commitment, unless you suggest we trade Harkless for him, which I’m no longer for.

Actually, I'm praying that Chandler Hutchison takes his spot.
Not take away. Get him the 38th pick this year. Try to get Bruce Brown. You want to take picks away from Olshey?
And you actually think the Knicks would give up Courtney Lee and a non guaranteed draft pick for Leonard’s garbage contract and a late first round pick?
That was before tonight's win.Napier and Pat need to play well to win this game, maybe we will also see a Wade Baldwin revenge game?
Oh and guys, 3 is the magic number to clinch a playoff spot!
No it's not. Clippers can win 48 games. We have 46.That was before tonight's win.
Nuggets lost, but Clips won. Magic number is now 2.
Exactly.... 2 games. We're guaranteed to have any tiebreaker. The magic number is 2No it's not. Clippers can win 48 games. We have 46.
How are we guaranteed to have the tiebreaker? A tie with them would mean wed have lost our 4th game against them which would evem the season series.Exactly.... 2 games. We're guaranteed to have any tiebreaker. The magic number is 2

Second tiebreaker is division record (not applicable). How are we guaranteed to have the tiebreaker? A tie with them would mean wed have lost our 4th game against them which would evem the season series.
But what if we're tied with multiple teams? That's why it doesn't take into account ties. Too complicated.Second tiebreaker is division record (not applicable).
Third is conference record. If we win 2 more, we'd be guaranteed to have a better conference record
If were tied with a team out of the playoffs, were not gonna be winning our division.Unless OKC somehow passes us, we'd own the second tie breaker (division winner) over LAC.

I still wish we had those two recent home losses as wins and an 8th road win coming on today..7 straight road wins, baby! It would be great, if they could make it 8.
Its not because of it just being for the hell of it. It's because:
1.) Pats been horrible lately and I don't think WB4 can be much worse.
2.) It's the Grizzlies so WB4 knows them and will play with a huge chip on his shoulder.
3.) We don't have a ball-handler off the bench if we don't play Wade.
4.) It's him or Layman. We have to play one of them with Moe and Dame being out.
Honestly, I'd start Wade. We're gonna need Shabazz's scoring when CJs out of the game, and bringing him off the bench allows us to do so. Shabazz can finish the game but I'd do a perimeter rotation of:
Baldwin (14) / Napier (34)
McCollum (36) / Baldwin (6) / Pat (6)
Turner (30) / Pat (18)
The kids gonna have to play regardless, so I say start him. Playing with he starters is going to give him less responsibility than running the 2nd unit. It's either him or Layman and we could use the extra ball handler, as playing a guard rotation of CJ, Bazz, Baldwin, and a little bit of Turner makes surethat two ball handlers are on the court at all times. We don't need a ball handler off the bench. We just need to make sure either bazz or CJ are on the court at all times like the Rockets do with harden and Paul. or like we did with Dame and CJ when we weren't playing bazz early in season. And you want to start a guy you haven't seen in practice just cause you think he has a chip on his shoulder for some reason?
Really? Do you think they would purposely>>>View attachment 19761
