Exactly right. Gordon has never been able to stay on the court. For this game, Anderson isn't among the listed starters, .

Anderson sprained his ankle and missed the last game.

I like ET on Harden more than Moe. Think he can stay closer to him and won't pick up bullshit fouls. I might start ET tonight.

And go to him in the post on offense to force Harden to try on defense.

My guess is multiple players will be on him as in the past. Moe, Crabbe, Aminu, ET will all get a shot. Whoever plays best will get him at the end.

Listening to the radio yesterday, while several hosts talked about the renaissance for this season, and how it's likely better that the Blazers win the 8th seed in the playoffs rather than a pick in the late-lotto, if for no other reason than building back the positive vibes of a winning culture.

They seem to forget, if we make the playoffs, we still get the lotto pick. I'll take the playoffs (and building a winning culture) and the lotto pick over tanking.
I think the pick we got from Denver is actually Memphis' pick, so it wouldn't be a lottery pick right. Not 100% sure on that....

I get what you're saying, and agree with it, but we wouldn't actually get a lotto pick - we'd get a draft pick. There is a difference.

Yeah. I didn't realize we were getting the Grizz's pick. The rest of my point/opinion stands tho.

If I added those options, then I feel the poll question would be too easy.

Agreed. Everyone would pick the middle. I am a bit surprised that we have so many Vonleh optimists. He just seems to be growing, slowly, into that role. He has all the tools to be quite good on this team, in this offense and defense. I hope he continues to progress steadily. Just defending well and rebounding is good enough for now. Consistent, opportunistic scoring is the only missing piece.

Yeah it is a tough question. I have not voted. I mean if PF of the future means next year......then I guess my vote is yes. He has earned that extra year to prove it. I think almost everyone wants him to be the guy. He definitely shows flashes. But next year he will need to take the next step on offense. Unless we get a dynamic scoring SF and then he just needs to shoot well enough to keep the defense honest. (while rebounding and playing D)

This popped up on my youtube home page--thought it was a cool trip down memory lane seeing AC and Wesley Matthews (along with a Terry appearance near the end)

Wes used to be alright.

I'm a bit disappointed you didn't use a picture of Butters for a certain player.

I love it when we beat Texas teams! Need to play some serious defense as those guys can light up a scoreboard

Me too and I was born there

In response to the poll question: where's the "Maybe" option? Or, "Hmmm, I just don't know yet"? Or "I'm skeptical, and yet also kinda hopeful"?

Because he either is or he isnt

I don't think Gordon is they guy to worry about tonight...we gotta guard the hell out of Lou Williams
