I didn't see the charge call. But the misnomer is that you have to be set. You do not have to have your feet set to take a charge. You can be moving. As long as you are squarely in front of the offensive person maintaining your legal guarding position, your feet do not have to be set. I absolutely hate when announcers say that because they don't know what the fuck they're talking about.

He was not "squarely in front" he was " squarely to the right and moved in front, falling over as he did, not because of Meyers charging, but because he couldn't get in front of Meyers before Meyers was moving past him ( or rather through him at that point)

This was not a charge by any stretch though, Faried just threw himself in front of Leonard as Leonard was about to go up with his shot. It was like a textbook blocking foul.

In their first 3 losses, Griz were loosing by an average of 33 ppg. They have regress significantly so far this season. The Nuggets are still the Nuggets. Believe me, I appreciate your passion as a Blazer fan but I bet with my wallet, not my heart.
