Just finished watching the game. You could tell we were gassed at the end, few bad calls and bad no calls hurt us at the end but if your telling me an unproven rookie who has shot 63% so far and JJ fucken Hickson have to make 6 of 6 FTs to let Denver stay in the lead, id bet against that everyday and twice on Sunday.

This loss is on the entire team. What a fucking embarrassment. This Denver team was NOT that good.

Fucking embarrassing.

This is EXACTLY the kinda shit I'm talking about.

This year, it's been a tough place for Denver to play. I don't believe they've won there this season. This should be an easy 15-20 point win and then all the haters and naysayers can go away again.

How is it these posts....IN EVERY FUCKING GAME THREAD....go without being called out.

I get that he knows more about basketball and the Blazers than the rest of the forum combined, but maybe the "haters" and "naysayers" aren't the ones who need to go away

Glad I went to bed in 1st quarter cause game was so boring. I knew we'd lose it just seemed like a shit game. We've lost every game I havent watched this year and won every game I've watched. I am the new clutchsheed.

our inside D is awful which is why in a recent post I suggested pursuing a guy like Hassan Whiteside in next summers free agency

At least Dame is ballin.

sigh.

Wasting a year for him with this team, man.

yep, he is playin great ball, it is going to be an up and down season, we have a very tough schedule coming up as well

He has jumped to superstar status. Top 3 PG right now, easily top 10 in the league

27pts, 8asts, 3rebs, on 47/42/90, 26PER?

Holy shit.
he is worth ever million we paid him! so glad he wanted to stay here, without him we'd be lucky to win 10-15 games

Jesus = Strenneus o

Actually 50/43/90. You have to round, and look at 2pt fg% separate from overall.

Trouble with lottery picks is we have a ton of them on the roster and yet we're a lottery team. Is one more going to help?
If you get the right one? Yeah.

Pro-tip: when most of your lottery picks started for other teams, chances are they're nothing more than a handful of scratched off lottery tickets and you got a couple of '1 dollar winners' in the bunch.

Damian's season so far versus the franchise history:

1st in PER (by a good amount)
1st in Offensive Plus/Minus (ahead of, like, five Drexler seasons)
1st in Points Per Game (yes, even higher than that one Drexler season)
3rd in FT%
3rd in Win Shares per 48 Minutes (within .004 of Sabas's 1996 season and Terry's 1991 season, .009 higher than Roy's 2009 season)
6th in Assists Percentage (tied with Andre Miller's 2011 season)
7th in 3P%
10th in Assists Per Game (and the highest since 1996)
10th in Value Over Replacement Player (just behind Kenny Anderson's 1997 season)

Damn, Dame.

The NBA has admitted that the charging call against Leonard in the Blazers Game against the Nuggets was incorrect and cost the Blazers the game.

Hey, DVISS , did you get a chance to have a look at the charge call at all?

Just wondered what your informed opinion of it was?

Damian as The Man >>>>>> LaMarcus as The Man

Seems like every time a FA snubs us, it turns out to help us. Turkoglu, Hibbert, and now LaMarcus all would've been disasters. And then there's Kanter.

Oh wait, Hibbert and Kanter didn't snub us. Still, it worked out.

I had 12 angles of it, and Meyers left arm came out and he pushed off, but whoever was guarding him (don't remember at the moment) slid underneath him...... could have gone either way.

Cool, Thanks.
There's always a bit elbowing going on - but there's no way Faried was set. Bad call, on an easy call IMO.
