This has been one of the best nights I've had in a long, long time. I went to a cigar lounge in Portland, had a delicious Arturo Fuente Hemingway Perfecto, 3 rootbeers, and followed it up with a Fuente Short Story. And I got to witness history in Portland while doing it.

I have to say, watching this game on delay, and through the third quarter, I was amazed at how bad the refs were. If this game had been called the other way, we would be screaming about it. There were several points where the Jazz were getting clobbered, and the refs just swallowed their whistles.

Tonight was a gift. I have no problem taking it, but we ref-blamers should be willing to acknowledge it.
