I'll re-watch, but I believe so.

Yeah, WTF was that about!?! Nobody even seemed to care or notice.
I noticed, but I didn't even care! Had this game meant something I would have been furious, but as it was...eh.I remember at the time thinking "huh, this feels weird... didn't we...? Ah well, whatever."

Yep. Official play by play shows Spurs with the ball to start each of the last 3 quarters.

Should be the other way around though, like in high school. First game is the J.V. squad, and second game is the varsity. You know, this game makes me wish we had a 162-game season ala baseball, basically a double-header with every opponent, only one game you play players 1-8, and game two you play players 9-16.
Lol.....That's how little respect Meyers gets; they didn't even think he won the tip when he won the tip!
Yeah, you're right. Man that'd be a blast. Maybe what you do is 116 games (4x each opponent), with your JV, then your V lineups on back-to-back nights, so neither set of players ever plays back to backs. Up your roster to 24, with 10 active each night.Should be the other way around though, like in high school. First game is the J.V. squad, and second game is the varsity.

Makes the win that much more awesome!Yep. Official play by play shows Spurs with the ball to start each of the last 3 quarters.

I was thinking having them play back to back on the same night; JV game starting at 4:30 or 5, Varsity game starting at 7 or 7:30. 20 total players on the roster--8 JV only, 8 Varsity only, and 4 that can swing between the two and would be eligible to play in both games.Yeah, you're right. What a nutty idea. But games like last night would be cheap and fun to get into, and your rookies would always get quality run against other players.

Either way, it'd be a pretty sweet deal.
This was a tutorial game for Nurk...he now knows the knee playStotts draws up the Knee'd to Noah play for the game-winner!
Maybe if the Spurs don't get the ball to start the 4th, the Blazers don't end up with the last possession to win the game.Yep. Official play by play shows Spurs with the ball to start each of the last 3 quarters.
