I've noticed why Leonard's is lagging defensively. He doesn't have his hands up. It takes too long for him to alter shots. It really stands out when bogut posts him up. Bogut is releasing his shot to quickly for Leonard to do anything.

He's focusing more on his drives lately which I like but he's not getting calls because he's a rookie. Hope it doesn't discourage him.
