This is really simple.

Give Oden early touches--> up his confidence --> plays better defense ---> picks up fewer stupid fouls.

I think I was very helpful. I taught you to get something for yourself rather then rely on everyone else to get it done for you.

Did you find a link for the game through the link you gave me? If not, you didn't help. As if you didn't ask for help regarding your abused child? Instead of asking for help on the board, you should have been calling a lawyer right? No need to be a douche.

We're up 18 and there's enough bitching going on in this thread to make you think we were getting rolled by the Rockets. Looks like this place is in mid-season form already

They did give him early touches and he turned it over. Logically, they stopped going to him.

Completely agree. I can't stomach many more 2 shot games for Oden.

Dude. He didn't get the shots because he turned it over before he even got a shot up. Are you watching the game or the box score?

Except that he DIDN'T get many early touches, and yet he's been playing strong, confident defense, and only recently picked up a couple stupid fouls. I don't think this logic computes.

Joel fouled out, Oden has 5 fouls.

Blazers have to go small.

Yes, he did get the touches. First a couple touches for LMA. Then to Oden. Oden missed. Next time, Oden traveled. Next time, he got stripped. Then Miller came in, have it to him, and Oden made a good pass to Miller for a layup.

MILLER FOR THREE, LOL!!!

Andre Miller is saving this game.

Without Outlaw's early flurry (covering for Roy's rough night), we would've gotten blown out tonight.

The game. Oden got a bunch of half-ass passes in places where he didn't have position. Blake and Outlaw passed up on him when he had great position plenty of times.

Starters only put up 15 points in the 3rd. That's fucking pathetic.

That was once. Oden had great position once and they didn't get it to him. There were no "plenty of times." This has been a bad game for Oden. Yes, he played some good D and blocked 4 shots, but he turned the ball over SEVEN TIMES on the other end. 0 blocks and 0 turnovers would've been a better game.

I really don't understand why Blake is in this game and Oden isn't.

I don't think small would be a terrible way to go. We would still have a height advantage, and might do a better job containing their speed.

Because Oden has 5 fouls. LMA has 4. We can't lose both of them. Joel's already out. Also- Oden turned the ball over SEVEN TIMES tonight.
