First rule of broadcasting...it's not about you. It's about the experience you're trying to transmit. These guys are dreadful broadcasters. They are lazy, uninformed, unprofessional.

Dumpy's comment on trying to make it entertaining doesn't apply. Anyone that wants to watch this is clearly a basketball junkie and is interested in the players and the game.
Just put a damn scout on the broadcast. They'll actually have some insights on these guys.
AND EVERYONE STOP SENDING THEM EMAILS! THEIR BOSSES WILL ACTUALLY THINK THEY ARE GOOD!
