What a fucking joke of a game. Some of the worst refs I've ever seen and the FT disparity is a joke when you take everything into consideration.

The Blazers, 5v5, are a better team than Dallas. Luckily for Dallas they played 8v5 tonight.

Some of the fouls were questionable, but some weren't. Portland went away from what was working, and seemed to want to play into Dallas' hands for a while. Plus, it doesn't help that the Blazers outside shooters are streakier than that Ray Stevens song.

Dallas did beat Portland (they should, afterall, they're the better team), but they didn't dominate it. Hopefully Portland comes back and steals a game in Dallas, and then holds court. If they get down 0-2, the series is over.
 
19-2 in the 4th quarter in FTA when Dallas was ice cold from the field. Typical NBA bullshit.

Portland = Good owners, Enthused fans, Losing mentality. Will still win the series though. No help from Nate though, just way better.

I vehemently disagree. Had Dallas been attacking the rim, I might listen to this and agree. However, Dallas was continually getting touch fouls called on Portland outside of the paint, while Portland was attacking the rim, getting hit, and not getting calls.

It's not being homer to state how rare it is for a team to get outshot 3x at the FT line while outscoring the opposing team in the paint by more than a 2-to-1 margin.

It was a one-sided 4th quarter in terms of calls. That is a fact.
 
BTW, how pathetic is it that there isn't a single moderator on the board right now? Our first obvious troll, and here he is, talking shit at posters and the Blazers.

It's been fun everyone. Don't worry Portland is gonna win this series. But this team could be so dangerous with a good coach..... and hey just imagine if ODEN ever gets healthy?!?! could be scary. not gonna win the title anyways this year but it will be nice to get out of the first round. For those of you that want to call me a TROLL fine. Sorry i'm a troll cause I think our coach sucks.

Good. He's standing up for his team.

Maybe they will let these teams play, and we'll be reaffirmed that the Blazers are the better team.

I will too. Nate is pretty bad about standing up for his team, so I would be more than happy to let him know it's appreciated. I wouldn't be surprised if his players didn't pay it for him.

I think he called them out in a way to avoid the fine. He chose his words fairly carefully.
 
And to think I wanted the Mavs over the Lakers because of the refs.

I can't do this.
