Oden had a 24/15 game against Milwaukee last season. A glimmer of hope. By this season, he'd be ready to kick it into another gear, right? Almost everyone in here predicted Oden would average at LEAST 14/11/2 this season. Many had him averaging much more. Time to stop making excuses and admit that you're disappointed.

I'm disappointed that the refs are calling him so closely. Sure, they were all fouls.... but they were ticky tack. I'm not disappointed. His production is through the roof. If we could simply keep him on the floor, it wouldn't be a problem anymore.

Interesting stat that the only 3 Blazers with a + instead of a - are all Caucasion, while Miller has the worst minus (-13).

Come on Maris. What part of his line are you complaining about? He had a perfect Sergio line tonight. What part are you unhappy about? The 11 assists or the zero turnovers?

PS.... is that a racist comment or what?

Someone explain to me the rationale of not playing either of your centers against a team that has no center?!

Gotta play Blakey and use a inept defensive scheme that requires 7'0 280 pound guys to switch onto lightning quick guards. Just gotta do it. Can't not do it. Just can't.

Why are you so focused on the negatives with Oden? Why can't you agree that he looks good when he's on the floor. What the hell is wrong with you?

He doesn't look that great when he's on the floor. He grabs some boards cuz he's tall but he he's so clumsy out there, often finding ways to turn the ball over when wide open under the basket. After a summer of work with Brian Grant and Coach Bayno, his offense has actually gotten worse this season.

1 of 6 from the field, including two missed layups that resulted in easy baskets for the Hawks on the other end.

Oh man Kingspeed is turning into the Nate McMillan of the forum; I predict great humor and possible suspensions from going down this path.

LOL he grabs boards because he's tall? You know how many tall players in the NBA couldn't board? How about Ha? He must have been a rebounding machine, right?

Blake should play no more than 15min a game.

I find it funny McMillan never sits Blake for defense. He gets burned every game.

Please trade him. Nate, too.

WOW! It all makes sense now. That question was asked of Maris, and Kingspeed responds. Maris is your "other you". It is so clear now. The personalities have strong similar, bat-ass crazy traits. I can't believe I missed it before.

post game nate calls out outlaw for not shooting indirectly!

nate needs to figure out rotations and stop trying to play two PGs at the same time with miller and blake that simply doesnt fucking work..... and he kept flip flopping between people every thirty seconds, and martell shoulda kept shooting till he was cold again.... broy looked off today

We're reaching a low point in criticizing Oden; if only some of our other forwards or guards could reach as much as Kingspeed here they might grab more rebounds themselves.

Yeah, but you're criticizing the guy with 11 assists and zero turnovers, yet Blake escapes your criticism.

Miller was entrusted with the ball with the game on the line and he fucked up. Ruined an otherwise good game for him.

The stats don't lie KS, 8/9 is on pace for 20/20 in 36 minutes. And I know you're going to attack the minutes part, don't bother. The guy is productive when he plays, that's all that matters, but you don't seem to care because he looks "clumsy".

Outlaw did blow it when he refused to take that wide open three that would've tied the game.

What's worse is that when he drove to the lane, INSTEAD OF SHOOTING WITH THE SHOT CLOCK AT 1 HE DECIDES TO PASS IT TO ALDRIDGE. How much more stupid can you get? And then Nate compounds the problem by LEAVING HIM IN THE GAME.

Pace? That's not the way it works. If a player scores the 4 points in the first minute of the game, that puts him on "pace" for 100+ on the game but it doesn't quite work out that way. Pace stats mean nothing. What we get is what we get and what we got was 8/9 and nothing more. His lack of playing time was HIS fault. Oh and he had 3 turnovers tonight. That's on "pace" for a league high 7 a game!

Greg looks fine to me and at times looks really good.

He is closer than many people think.

Nate left him in the game because he was the only guy who could make a shot. Funny... when Webster gets hot, everyone wants to keep going to him. When Outlaw gets hot, everyone wants to yank him.

He always looks great at the beginning of games and then it all falls apart. I'm always rooting for him. I always believe that the next game is going to be the game where it all comes together. He had a decent first half tonight but then it all fell apart. Sucks.

OK, I WILL GO WITH YOU ON THIS. Because he could not stay out of foul trouble, he only played 15 minutes. But you seem to be denying that he played WELL in those 15 minutes, which is ludicrous. What more do you want for him?

You must not have seen the game. Oden completely changed how the Hawks were able to attack the hoop and go inside. When he (and Joel) weren't in the game, the Hawks had a field day at the rim.

Learn the game, then, still don't post.
