Hey @Semi-Erect, I want to tell a story about "I'm gonna take my ball and go home." Once, I was playing basketball at Wallace Park in NW (for some reason it used to be competitive and popular. Now? Not so much.). Anyhow, we finished up and a couple guys had to leave, one of which owned the game ball. So bye-bye ball. No worries, I'd brought one that some dudes were shooting with on the B court (not playing a game, just shooting). I said, "dudes, we need that ball for the next game." Guy says, "nah" and keeps shooting. Some other player on my team is like "come on! if you want to play, call next." blah blah blah... Finally, everyone is grumbling for the ball and the guy does the opposite of take-my-ball-and-go-home (and by opposite I don't mean he took my ball home). He dropped the ball, and before he left, he said: "I'm going home to get my gun. I'll be right back." He seemed pretty serious. No one said a thing and we all watched him jog away. Finally, one of the guys he was with was like: "He lives right there." We contemplated for like .9 (yep) seconds, then I took my ball and went home.
