As a "Newbie" I have also been surprised at the level of snark and rudeness of some posters. I personally ignore them as I'm not interested in arguing with anybody but only in sharing a common interest in my favorite team. I don't know why some people can't communicate their differences in a respectful manner. I may have to learn how to activate the ignore button myself LOL.
 
I'm still hoping Pop, Spoelstra or Nurse are the secret candidates.....
 
The longer this goes (aka past this weekend) the more I’m sure it’s Billups. Either that or Olshey gets canned because ownership wanted someone else and he didn’t get on board. But if it’s Billups and they’ve agreed to a deal, they must just be doing him a solid and not distracting him with leaking it until after the clippers season ends.

Jay Wright was my number one choice from the beginning so that’s not happening.

Maybe Juwan Howard, even though he denied it. Or....Mark Few, he’s from Oregon and loves the northwest.

Many have made up their minds about Neil. Reason won't change that.

But, let me say this. If ANYONE wants a REAL discussion, make a list of all of the moves done by all of the GMs, let's judge them and rank them. I certainly don't want to spend a bunch of time defending Neil, but it's easier for the detractors to just spill vitriol.

I dont care about other GM's. Im genuinely curious as to why you would either defend or think he should keep the job? What has he done that has made you happy or gotten the team any closer to a title?

Ive been through multiple migrations of this community form site to site and lost interest when this became the official team forum and became a rose colored echo chamber. Its nice to see people waking up to the soap opera reality that is our franchise with a starring role from our GM who has quite a bit of experience at it.

Listen... it's really simple.... I can't tell people at work to fuck off because I have to work with them.... and I can't tell my in laws to fuck off because I'm stuck with them.... but I can tell you guys to fuck off.... so sometimes I do!

There were so many better coaching candidates available, it's laughable ... Olshey is a fraud and is going to run this franchise into the ground.
