You claimed you'd be a great dad. I suggest that you might be giving yourself too much credit for something you've never done. So, overconfidence.

Does being a fantastic step-father count? I suppose not, in your world. I became a step-father to my girls when they were 10 and 12. What I was actually saying is that I never had the opportunity to be a dad to a child from the cradle and beyond. I can't imagine how amazing that experience would be. Prior to all of that, I was part of an abortion 3 separate times. Obviously, I would have been a biological father in each of those circumstances.
