I do think if the Yankees miss the PS again Girardi will be canned. While the creator of this mess Cashman laughs all the way to the bank. Go figure.

Saw cano's name in thread, I have no doubt in my Mensa mind that he left because of girardi, it was not the money, he would have made up difference in a ny market , he didn't like the rah rah rah mentality of joe, esp gettin on him for his lack of hustle .

Proven studs don't leave a market like NY unless they get an obscene contract

No one knows this for sure but, if that was the case then tough shit on Cano. The manager had every right to get on him for his continued lack of hustle. And honestly I think its only a matter of time before they start getting on him in Seattle. Maybe with a little more hustle the son of a bitch wouldn't be hitting in the 230s.

...lol...nice contradiction. First, you've berated Girardi multiple time for not being more firm with his players and getting on them when they need it, now you claim Cano left NY not because of the money but because Joe got on him about "his lack of hustle".

2) Never thrives being the top dog with the spotlight on him.

3) Anyway you look at it he simply doesn't hustle.

The clubhouse stuff is complete nonsense. For one there's not a single one of us that knows what goes on behind closed doors. It's absurd to think we do. I'm really not interested on playing the let's find any angle possible to make everything Girardi's fault.

I don't root for Cano to do badly. I just call them like I see them. For that kind of money to have 2 homers and 19 RBIs passing mid June is shocking.
 
Career numbers = 22/94/307 with a .355 OBP, a .492 slg% & a .847 OPS

2015 numbers = 2/19/236 with a .277 OBP, a .323 slg% & a .600 OPS..............................for $24M per.
 
Giradi is still the right guy to manage that team, I'd like to see him bow up on his fuck ups a bit more, drag Cashman across the desk and say look you skinny little 4 eyed fuck this is what I need.

Girardi had success in Miami because the team was made up of some very hungry no name players fighting to stay in bigs, they listened to him. He comes to NY and wins 1 not of his doing, that team was on the cusp to win it, the aflack duck could have managed that team to victory! Since 09 the Yankees haven't done a thing, Gardy did more with less !

Lol, I have lots of respect for rick, but when I first saw your post BLG , first poster that came to mind was 59! He knit picks a post like no other, have to explain every word with dictionary in hand ! He claims he is not making fun of me, 'Mensa ". Pasta trying to make himself sound educated, just a few of his latest personal attacks, which he insists are not...., when I saw that comment, aristocratic inquisition , my thoughts went directly to him
