Phoenix was one of the teams he listed as being interested in, but I don't think it ever got very far. lakers, Rockets, Heat and Mavericks were also interested.

Neil and Paul I think are on the same page, and that is a good thing for Portland TB fan's!
It's pretty clear that their plan was to coincide with GS & Cleveland trending downwards in 2020, and they would be in the next wave of teams that can contend. No guarantee's though, which is just fine, as its part of the game and challenge. But having a solid owner, GM, Coaching staff, sure will improve the odds of succeeding.
The NBA is FANtastic!

I don't care. I find it humorous the hypocrisy of it all. But yes, he is trying to insult me in a passive aggressive way. That's more obvious than obvious. Its a bait. Its a hook... and its an insult to my intelligence.

However telling someone to stop playing dumb I would see as a compliment. Its stating I am smarter than this.

These double standards are taking over the forum, creating arguments and non basketball banter all over the place.

All I'm saying is that a passive-aggressive nickname is not in and of itself an insult. And it's not worthy of a response, honestly. You can, and should, be the bigger man.
 
I think I was one of several who was disturbed that other teams (including Cleveland) did so much at the trade deadline. But I see that in the playoffs, Rodney Hood is a minus 82 in 12 playoff games and Clarkson is just about as bad.

What sometimes looks good on paper doesn't necessarily translate to the floor. The Cavs appear to be in trouble in their series and for all that, they are looking at another massive luxury tax bill and a possibility losing again the player that has made them a contender. Is this another Billy Martin/ George Steinbrenner relationship?

Thought I'd lighten the mood up around here by bragging about my daughter...... back to training again with Team USA Soccer ...... Very proud of this one. I'm sure Neal would never draft her though.......
