They can't when the inconsistencies go both ways in terms of a corrupt court in whatever way they want to see it. But I get what you were saying too.

It's still so crazy to me, there was an attempted coup, on our nation's capital, by the sitting president. Our beacon on the hill. The world's example of democracy. I remember watching it just like 9/11. It was that appalling to me.

How far are we away from charging Kevin McCarthy? Can he be removed from office? Censured? Barred from running again?

Semi-related, I watched the movie VICE the other night. The Cheney's and THIS do frighten me a bit. Democracy and inclusion are kind of a tight rope. I don't pray, but I sit here on a message board hoping for peace and love. Is that enough? Probably not. Damn, that got dark for a Sunday.

I remember I was working from home and I looked over at the TV and I was surprised and appalled. I couldn't believe it was actually happening. Very 9/11 like.

Right, like all of the testimony from Trump's own appointees explaining that he knew he lost, they knew the lost, he decided to lie about it, planned the fake electors, called in a mob to create a pretext for using the fake electors, allowed armed militias to his rally, told them to march to the Capitol, tried to get them to kill or freak out Pence, all so that they would disrupt the vote and use the fake electors is not a big reveal.

He only committed treason and tried to steal the election.

WTF???
