My theory, based on nothing, is that Pence has a deal with Trump: denounce the insurrectionists and I won't invoke the 25th. So, Trump READ a statement, which is unusual for him.

All jokes aside..... you post the EXACT same book like 5X a year! Like Copy and Paste type shit. It's uncanny! I'm talking for like the past 6 or 7 seasons. You either have it saved as a word document or an amazing memory. Honestly the only difference is WHO it's aimed at, and the thread it's in......... Props to you sir.

With an opposite view, loyal police easily infiltrated the mob to identify the leaders. I guarantee raging ex military soldiers/survivalists were in this invasion.

The Capitol police took selfies with them after they broke in.

Other police across the nation have been found to be members of the far right. Fired for their online diatribres that suscribe to the such extreme ideologies.

I would not be surprised if multiple members of Capitol Police are members of these groups or at least aligned with their cause.

This must be investigated

Again, one side might have more validation for their emotions than the other but that doesnt dismiss illegal activity.
I have been for the peaceful protests from the beginning, but when i drew a line in S2 with my opinions regarding the violence and vandalism, i was pretty much shot down as a borderline racist here. Several people here called me a racist in a round about way.

We should not accept violence and vandalism. I'm not saying that at all, and I don't think most people were.

What I believe people were saying, certainly what I was saying, is that the violence and vandalism from a few people isn't just cause for the police to try and stop the protest. And it certainly isn't just cause to beat people who are not being violent, or damaging and stealing property.

If the police really wanted to deal with the trouble makers they would have stopped fighting body cams so they could have actual evidence of why they arrested everyone.

The concern is that the police didn't want evidence to keep the protests peaceful. Rather, they seem to have wanted to be thugs and punish the protesters.

I think its one of the few good things he has done. Our media is almost as corrupt as our government. Spreading fake news from both sides trying to push a biased narrative.

We absolutely need to put a stranglehold on media reports oppressing, dismissing, twisting or flat out changing facts in their articles to meet their view.

No, completely disagree. Media bias is not an excuse to restrict currate the media.

Preventing them from all being owned by the same few companies is how you deal with that.

I am all about setting up incentives for them to improve their accuracy.

I'll admit that I was more emotional at that time, and likely didn't make myself as clear as I would have hoped.

In my defense, I've had more practice stating my opinion on these matters at this point than I had at that point.
