Taken 6th by Minnesota in 2009 draft, 4 picks after Thabit, he had a great rookie season but hip surgery seems to have thrown his game off since then. Maybe a change of climate is all he needed. That cold weather's bad for the bones. That sweltering heat melts the muscles. Portland weather is just right.
He won all sorts of rookie honors and started for the USA Basketball U-19 squad that won silver in the 2007 World Championship and earned gold with the USA Men’s U-18 Team at the 2006 FIBA Americas U-18 Championship.
He's the most likely to stick here and all the justification we need to sit Felton on his chubby butt the rest of the season.
