I loved having them sing Happy Birthday at your table when I was a kid. My aunt was a few years older than me and didn't share my feeling. She cried and hid under the table. I remember my parents letting me order a pound cake sundae or something like that when i was about 6 or 7. I had a terrible stomachache after that, but enjoyed every bite going down!

Yeah, but Mr. Robot lives in Bosnia and is like Nurk fan #1. I don't get it. He had a rough game. No big deal.

Nurkic has been flat-out garbage in the post. If he's scoring on 30% of those possessions I'd be shocked. He's just a horrible offensive player if he can't see the rim. Perhaps he just lacks a certain sense of spatial awareness that's innate in most bigs in the NBA. It's not like he's rushing things in there--the timing looks good to me. He just doesn't seem to know where the hoop is until he sees it.

He fucks up in the post by blowing easy shots or turning it over, and it leads to him getting frustrated and it impacts his defense, rebounding, everything.

A guy as big as he is knows he can out-muscle anyone, so it's going to be hard to deliver this simple truth to him. But he's an absolutely fantastic pick-and-roll player, and a great passer out of the high post where he can face up and see the action on the court. If he's got his back to the basket and he's holding the ball, he should be looking for cutters or open men on the wing. He should maximize his fantastic court vision, not his terrible feel for the rim.

The good news is he sucks at doing something that doesn't really matter much anymore in the NBA. It's a pick-and-roll league, and we're a pick-and-roll team. We need to end this "let's run a post up play for Nurk" thing ASAP. Between him, CJ and Dame pick-and-roll action, there are just so many better offensive options.

It's been a rough start for Nurk. I thought his sheer size last year was an asset. This year he's been trying turn around fade away jumpers, and haven't seen him really take it inside much.

Nurk is still a good defensive presence inside though, even if he's not scoring. He needs to cut out the cute crap.

yeah, he's played poorly but its 2 games and it seems to me he's pressing too much, I want to watch how he handles this as he's been through the Denver situation and is now older with that experience, hopefully he has learned. He just needs to relax and stop the dumb forced shots and turnovers and let the game come to him. Its a huge contract yr for him so it will be interesting to watch. I expect him to find his rythym/groove by game 10

With his defense, even an average offensive Nurkic makes our team way better. No worries if in his contract year he is still learning to be great.

Why worried he need to tweak his jump hook he shoots it to flat but his other shot don't look bad there just not going in. But the turnover right now if was a coach is be my biggest concern but can be corrected. He try go to fast is one of his problems and he loose the handle ball. He just needs to slow down. His passing is good but sometime he try to make a difficult pass that usually lead to a turnover. This all can be corrected but the coach has to tell him how correct it. The pnr is his bread and butter they ran couple of them toward the end of the game that was successful so get him started by running pnr with him to try to get him kick starter tonight.

He hasn't looked great individually but the team looks much better with him on the floor because he draws so much attention on both ends.
