Where is the schedule????
It would be truly awesome if he made it and Jokic didn't.
If you think the DEN fans are salty now, can you imagine the crocodile tears if that happened?

Damn look at THOSE LEGS !
I know one thing, Nurk is a master at marketing himself. I mean that in a good way. The guy works hard, but also lets everyone know about it. Builds his brand and makes everyone feel good about it at the same time.
15 years from now, we'll all want to retire Z-Bo's number too. A different name will be on it, but that's beside the point.Definitely. He's a pretty charismatic guy who seems to be taking lessons from Lillard about building his reputation (a la the License to Lillard vids).
He seems to really be relishing the change of scenery from Denver. It reminds me a lot of the way Zach Randolph rehabilitated his image in Memphis. Never in a million years did I think an entire fanbase would clamor to retire Z-bo's number, and yet here we are.
Those four are good choices.I think, of the guys we'd be willing to trade, Vonleh and Harkless have the highest value (not that that's saying a lot). I'd like to see Collins play before trading Vonleh, because Vonleh proved to be our best defensive player and started becoming a capable offensive player when paired with Nurkic. And I think trading Harkless would be a big mistake unless we're getting an equally good, or better, SF in return. So personally, I think it's probably best to not trade these guys (unless it's a no-brainer) or to trade them in-season once we know a bit more about how the roster is working. The guys I'd look to trade during the summer are Davis, Aminu, and Crabbe/Turner.
The regular season will be tough. Once we get to the playoffs, hold onto your shorts.God damn I need to temper my expectations. These Nurk workouts have got me thinking conference finals type of year...it's going to be a fucking tough year in the west.

Anyone else notice that it looks like Sylvester runs like he has a metal rod in his back? So stiff. It'd be like if Meyers Leonard shrunk about 18 inches, grew out thick luscious black hair and ran like someone who has to go to the bathroom really bad.
Imagine how pathetically unexciting this upcoming season would be without Nurkic. All we'd have to look forward to is trying to scrap together a .500 record and a 1st round sweep by the Warriors.
We're an optimist lot. Well, some of us...
If no Nurk, we'd be all swept up in Biggiemania.

If Jusuf Nurkic didn't exist, we would have to invent him.
