It was ironic; earlier in the LA thread I posted that a brewery offered LMA free beer for life and someone replied that it'd do no good because black folk didn't drink beer.
 
I've never liked LMAs game style but always thought he was cool off the court - the stays to himself quiet type.

My opinion has changed with all of this bullshit happening this free-agent period.
Seems he's been the consistent piece when grumblings occurred with two of our key players - Roy and Lillard.
If he's that insecure, then I don't want to see him in a Blazers uniform - his game style sucks enough without the locker room issues.

Now I dislike his soft game style AND his passive-aggressive-attention whore personality.
We will be better off without this subversive prima donna.

I think Aldridge is finding out first hand that its easy to look at the greener grass on the other side of the fence, but actually leaving your house for it?

A lot of the cynics are saying that LA is already envious of Dame & this will only push him further away, & that he'll only resent Damian for inserting himself into his free agency to try and play the hero. Who knows what their relationship is like behind closed doors? I always thought they got along fine, if not close friends. I suppose it could be posturing by Lillard, but I choose to believe it's genuine. I want to to see them come back together so I can cry as hard as Mags did when he first heard that Lillard was hopping on a plane . . .
 
Lillard had been traveling overseas and couldn’t reach Aldridge, but wants to meet him if possible.

I basically already said the same an hour ago, so I totally agree.
 
If this works, it's pretty much the stuff of legend.

Honestly, I will believe choose to believe this theory if LA returns. Olshey, with his experience in acting in soaps, came up with a plan so crazy it just might work....
