You might be right that Joe is a placeholder and they are doing one of the deepest most exhaustive GM searches in league history. Though it would've made since to get your guy before the trade deadline IMO.

Unless Shaedon shows he's better in workouts... and I would again find out if there is a team that values him enough to make a trade worth our while. If you have Ivey as a surefire all star, yeah but if he's just better but on the same tier as Murray then fuck no. It's not always BPA if it's close and you can fill a position of need. It's just BPA when the gap between that player and the next best is a big one.
