theres a bbq place out here that does amazing brisket sammys. they do a prime rib too, but its thin cut and so soft, it doesnt really give you a textural juxtaposition between the meat and the roll, which, for all its glory, ruins it a small bit for me. so i usually go for the brisket w/hot bbq, horseradish, lettuce, pickles, raw onions and american cheese
