That is what I thought as well.

If someone likes schtick, you are more than welcome to read Canzano or converse with Kingspeed or MIXUM. I think they should be limited on the number of threads they can create, but the ignore feature also works.

But as earlier brought up by STOMP, stop feeding the trolls and they will go away.

Part of the reason I think HCP gets away with so much is that to a lot of us HCP isn't just HCP, he is John. I'm not saying him and I are best friends or anything, but when he jokes around and shit it isn't just some internet name spilling crap about you. Some people here may know him personally or have met him before and that makes it easier for him to say crap like that. HCP can say whatever he wants about me because everyday I see his life on my facebook and he isn't just some name to me, he is John. Mixum was just some name that spewed shit over and over. Basically, my point is that its easier to deal with shit, whether it be trolling or just being funny in a gross way, if you can make some sort of connection with that name, if you actually know that person even in a small way outside of this message board.

So if introduce myself to everyone and post my picture for all to see I can attack them and call them names? You could line up every single person in this forum and other than Eric, who has been on tv, I couldn't pick anyone out. Mixum gets the brunt of most shit because no one likes him, period. There are a lot of things said that should get some people suspended, but because they are ultra possitive, mods look the other way. Mixum is a duche, but so is 95% of everyone in here from time to time.

That's not true. Posts get edited, people get warned, and hopefully suspensions will be handed out if the behavior continues. Quite frankly I'm tired of all the bickering. I'm tired of all the name calling. I don't expect people to like each other, but I expect them to be civil. If you don't agree with someone, that's completely fine, but I'm tired of threads being derailed with useless bullshit cat fights. This forum has very lax rules, and I think that's a good thing because I like the ability to be myself on here... but I think some people abuse that right. We've lost some great posters over the past couple years because they couldn't stand it anymore. That saddens me.

I think you get attacked quite a bit MM, and I don't approve of it. I think some people on this board do not approve of a cynical attitude towards the team, and that's unfair. There are positive people in life, and cynical people in life. I tend to be cynical by nature, but I try to keep it in check. I don't always succeed and I've bumped heads with people in the past, STOMP being one of them. I lose my cool sometimes, and I really shouldn't let emotions get the best of me, but I don't resort to name calling or personal attacks. I have some pretty big black marks on my record because of battles with PapaG and I'm not proud of them. I definitely contributed to the drama on this board, and I apologize for it.

We've let a lot of things slide here, but I think it's time that people are held accountable for their actions.

Who cares about "intent"? It's almost impossible to judge anyway, since you can't read someone's mind. The only thing we can judge is what appears on this board, and I find HCP's comments very offensive. Because HCP knew him? How is that picture portraying friendship? Does this mean that he and Trevor Ariza are buddies too?

I wouldn't go so far as to insult HCP for the picture, but I see where Shooter is coming from. When I saw that avatar, I was a bit taken aback; moreso than when I saw MIXUM's suspension-inducing posts.

Because one was done in malice, to provoke a reaction. The other was done because he's a friend and he's mourning a loss. You don't see the difference between the two? Do you think HCP has that as his avatar to cause pain to others? Maybe he doesn't realize that people find it offensive. I'm sure he would change it if he were asked to.
