That's what I'm sayin... I know Blazers are tight lipped, but there would have to be some info leaking from outside sources if calls were being made

Or not. I don't know why people are getting restless. Most trades don't even happen until after picks are made. The trades the past few days have been uncommon.

Before his injury many people believed he would have been a lottery selection in this draft. He might actually slide far enough to our #20 or 26 picks. He would be a nice selection as long as his medical history and tests have been cleared.

A moment of silence, please. I have a feeling today is Mo Harkless's last day as a Blazer.

Outside our big 3, he is the most sought after by other teams. We have FIVE SFs: Harkless, Aminu, ET, Crabbe, Layman.

Big defensive potential, athletic and can score a 3 so not a pointless shooter either. I like that.

If we get a good return back, it's possible. He may be someone we will attach a pick to in order to move up. I don't think it's unthinkable that we do a swap with New York, they give us no. 8 and we absorb Noah for them, we give them no. 15, Harkless and another player from Aminu and Davis duo. Problem is, I don't know why the hell we'd want to move up to 8 so much when Tatum and Isaac will be gone.

I've also heard that many scouts didn't even have him identified as a 1st round talent.

I think he'll carve out an NBA career, but I don't see starter on a good team level out of him.

We won't unless they aren't?

Probably yeah but I'd be shocked if they aren't. The only question in top 7 for me is whether Suns select Isaac or Tatum, and if Orlando take a chance on Smith or take whichever is left of Tatum and Isaac. Mocks have Timberwolves taking Markkanen but I think they take Isaac if he is available for sure, or even one of Smith/Monk before Lauri.

DraftExpress have us taking Ntilikina, OG Anunoby and Giles. Would be excellent.

Ntilinka would be a huge steal at 15! He's only 6'5" but with his 7'1"(!) wingspan he'd have no problem checking 3's down the road.

Some are taking the whole "mock draft" thing too seriously. After pick #8, anything can happen.

Teams are "dumb" for taking a player higher than some mock draft says they should go, nor are they "smart" in the opposite case. There is a lot of info we don't know. Only a day or 2 ago, did we see that Bam can shoot and make NBA 3s, and that has changed a lot of our opinions (including me).
