Geez, finally stopped them on 3rd and long. Can the offense come alive? Last year, I thought Mariota didn't run vs Stanford because he was injured, but apparantly that wasn't the real reason because he's not running today at al

He has always held onto the ball too long. He doesn't know how to make a quick play. I thought he would have improved in his third year, but nope.... same shit. He doesn't get rid of it when the play is obviously dead, and he takes more sacks than he should.
 
What happened to the read-option play?? Mariota has not ran it once.
