Not only are they homers but they love to throw out excuses.

You shut the fuck up. This was a learning year, you think they would have beat the Lakers in a 7 game series anyways? Stop bitching about the team, especially since they've given you such a wonderful season.

People need to look back and realize how much of a success the season was as a whole. Don't just look at 6 games against a much more experienced opponent, who match up very well against us.

Be proud of your team, or don't be a fan.
 
They were spewing them left and right from the 3rd quarter on. Barrett, especially, needs to grow a pair.

This regular season is meaningless in comparison with the playoffs.
 
No, we probably wouldn't have beat the L*kers in the second round. I bet we would have won a game or two at least though. Houston on the other hand will be swept in 4.
 
The "excuse" thing gets thrown around here way too much. There is a difference between excuses and facts.

MB gets on my nerves sometimes for being a homer and the excuses he gives out, but we have one of the better broadcast teams in the league no question. I enjoy what they do, but next season, no more of the corny remixes by local bands on the trumpet song. They're terrible. Go back to the original.
 
I'll add to the fact of what M&M said, great job traveling crew! Great job everyone!
If you can't be satisfied after this year, than find a new hobby or bandwagon jump each year

Mike and Mike also mentioned this on their broadcast tonight. Who ever led by the first quarter ended up winning the game based up on the series between those two clubs. Interesting fact to point out.

Uhm, I'm pretty sure it's in their job description to make losses not seem so bad to the TV audience. When all of Oregon is depressed, they're supposed to cheer them up with "look at the bright side" type of comments.

Oh, and I'd much rather have homer commentators than boring non-biased crap. It's definitely more interesting to listen to.
 
Instead of thanking everyone under the sun and kissing major ass, why not mention that everyone on the team outside Roy and Aldridge shot 30%

have you ever watched an end of the season broadcast in your life fez? everyone of them is the same in the end and this isn't singling out blazer broadcasting but EVERY final broadcast whether local or national. they go around and thank the people that have made the season a success and that includes all the camera people/directors/producers.

i can find alot of things wrong with M,M and R but this isn't one of them.

Well, I don't know about everyone else, but I don't want to win shit. I want to win a title. It seems odd that you would put in hard work to win, and your reward is shit. Why would you even play, knowing that's the final result? Congratulations, here's your big pile of poop. I suppose you can use it as fertilizer, if you had a big farm or something. Does Paul Allen own a farm anywhere? Anyone know this? What did Boston do with their shit from last year? My guess is put a Garnett jersey on it, and sat it in their stands. SA has to have a lot of shit, but it seems in Texas, they'd have the room to actually utilize it. Pretty sure Miami traded a big chunk of their shit to Phoenix for Shawn Marion last year. Weird. Must be why all those fish would wash up on Lake Michigan in Chicago in the 90s, Reinsdorf must have just been dumping his shit in the lake. And LA, pretty sure they just fed all of theirs to their city, as the whole place is full of shit.
