That is why I watch the games on TNT or NBATV when available. Plus the picture is better.

Stuff like that really bothers you? I'm sorry.

I always think it's nice when broadcasters, at the end of the season, publicly thank the people whom we never really see but whose work makes the broadcast happen. Anyone who wants to may turn it off, but I work for a living and I like to see others who do so get some public credit once in a while.

did anyone else catch what Rice said about Von Wafer?! haha

i think it was at the beginning of the 4th and there was a timeout or something, as the game was just about to resume. Mike and Mike were talking about the game and Wafer sat on the scorer's table right in front of them, in the way of the camera.

Rice said something along the lines of, "well it looks like Von Wafer is blocking our camera here. you know, he always wanted to be on tv in Portland."

pretty good stuff.

Looking back, he should have had more PT last year.

Not only are they homers but they love to throw out excuses.

-Nobody expected the Blazers to make it this far
-They should be proud...

They were blown out for the second time in this series.

Just shut the fuck up.

Its called perspective, you seem to lack it.

I thought it was interesting that the Mike's had the tone of inevitable defeat in their broadcast by the middle of the 3rd. Sure we were down big, but we've overcome large deficits before. They do have a pulse on the team, and could probably read the team's resignation in their body language. Maybe that's partially why they started with the season reflections a little early?

They're homers, but nowhere near the level of Wheels and Tone. Not that that's a bad thing. Although their "down" moments get a little gnawing to listen to.

All this thread is doing is creating opportunities for personal attacks. blow this mother up!
