Portland is irrelevant, we have one important team (sorry MLS is a bastardized soccer league without relegation)... Seattle doesn’t even have a basketball team anymore to have a rivalry with.

MLS is a league built on parity and doesn't need ProRel. Mexico's Liga MX has plans to get rid of it, and other leagues will follow.

MLS and Liga MX should merge and become a real soccer league that the rest of the world could respect. 41 teams would work great for ProRel.
