Great band, love Dream Pop/Shoegazing.

I think this song is lovely. "Zebra" by Beach House, from this year:

Thanks for the suggestion Minstrel. Always looking for more from that genre.

Sure, I'm a big dream pop fan, too. And shoegaze/noise pop.

Have you heard Pains Of Being Pure At Heart? They're shoegazey and released their self-titled debut last year, and it was pretty brilliant, IMO.

I love this stuff I'm just not an expert like you, lol. I'm always writing down suggestions.

Around the two minute mark they switch from "Seven Nation Army" to a cover of Son House's "Death Letter Blues", and the rest of the performance is a gritty, bluesy, guitar shredding blast. I liked "Seven Nation Army", but this performance really turned me on to The White Stripes more obscure tracks and live performances.

Here is a video of The White Stripes performing my favorite song by them, "Ball and Biscuit", the first solo is at the 1:30 mark:

Awesome videos, Nate. Jack White is such a talented musician.

Pretty funny Reverend Horton Heat trailer park classic:

Kind of a similar sound by James McMurtry. Pretty much summarizes every small town in Idaho:

Deftones are back!

Diamond Eyes is just about flawless. Many songs give me goosebumps when I'm in the right mood.

That Federico Aubele song is so sexy, love the Edward Sharpe stuff too

Kind of listening to a wide range of stuff lately. Downloaded Wesley Johnson and Andrew Bell's new albums. Bell has a very unique voice that differentiates him from a lot of singers. Also have been checking out Kingsfoil, a band out of Pennsylvania. On the Hip Hop side Roots new album is top notch. It's got their usual fantastic lyrics and unique sound. However I like Big Boi's new release even more. It's got a crazy combination of genres that somehow blend together into an incredible album.

God I hate rap but I have to admit to being hooked on Public Enemy lately.

I know I am years too late and don't really relate well to the topics they touch on. However, this is one of my favorites.
