SO looking forward to seeing these guys on concert on Saturday!
A Burt Bacharach classic Diana does just right....
Creedence Clearwater Revival - The Midnight Special
Elvis Presley - In The Ghetto
Hell yeah!
That's one of my top ten rock and roll groups of all time. A case could be made that they were the best ever.John is the only one that mentions "pork up in the pan" I loved them when they were hot between 66-69. I saw them for $5.00! It's a shame John, his brother and that snake management group fucked their success path.
The one, the only.....
This is my top 10 (not etched in stone) Doobie Brothers, Little Feat, Los Lobos, Allman Brothers, CCR, Doors, Beatles, Stones, Who and James GangThat's one of my top ten rock and roll groups of all time. A case could be made that they were the best ever.
I had a chance to go to a John Fogerty concert in Seattle in 1985 but I had no idea who he was at the time. I still kick myself for that stupid error.

I take it back, The Beatles are probably my favorite rock and roll group of all time while Creedence Clearwater Revival is my favorite among newer groups.I remember I bought this album when I quite young. All their music is Legendary!. When Paul passes on, I'll immerse myself in all Beatles and Paul McCartney material My wife and I saw Paul and his bands when Wings was on tour and in 2001. When he dedicated a set to John, George and Linda there were people crying and shedding tears. I never experienced anything like it. Great post ABM.
