Never count Popovich out. I agree. The Spurs have already won both games there this season, correct? I never, ever count out a Pops-coached team.

You are right. His take makes no sense.Ha, that is funny, but not really accurate. Simons and Hart have already been chosen to replace CJ and NP IMO. It is more likely that it is Norm and RoCo squaring off against CJ to see who replaces Roco.

Yes, and the Spurs actually won more games on the road than at home this season. The Spurs have already won both games there this season, correct? I never, ever count out a Pops-coached team.
SA versus NO - what ever team shoots the three ball best wins.

Agreed, New Orleans will try to make the playoffs and I would too if I were part of that organization.Theres a 90% chance they dont get a top 4 pick. Thats not worth missing the playoffs over.
have a terrible feeling that CJ is going to dominate. I dunno if Murray can come back healthy.I think we all sadly know exactly what will happen. The Pelicans will win tonight, and then the Clippers will totally Clipper it up and lose the next game the Pelicans play.
does this game have any bearing on our pick from NO?
The spurs did beat Denver in Denver by 19 points without Murray.have a terrible feeling that CJ is going to dominate. I dunno if Murray can come back healthy.
eh? everyone is predicting the exact oppositeEveryone acts like the Pels have no chance or shouldn't win?

They have more talent then the Spurs, imo.
You know I went back and checked all the post in the thread and I humbly admit I was posting out my ass. You are correct and thanks for the lesson. For some reason I got the feeling that because of Pop and they won a few times there, people were favoring the Spurs.eh? everyone is predicting the exact opposite
need to do my homework before I post!Everyone? Did you read the first page? Everyone is doubting the spurs.....

Yeah, I can't say that I have the Spurs as favorites but I do think they have a good chance of upsetting the Pels because of Pop and their roster filled with young talent that's hungry to have breakout performances. The Spurs also have constant movement on offense both bodies and the ball. A lot will depend on if Dejounte is fully recovered from being sick. You know I went back and checked all the post in the thread and I humbly admit I was posting out my ass. I don't think it will say anything about if we did or didn't lose that trade, it's one game. The fact that the Clippers without Kawhi almost beat the Wolves with the help of 45 minutes of productive ball from the two guys we traded to them, kinda shows the value we gave up.If the Pels beat the Clips with Norm, Roco, Paul George, Jackson, Morris, Zubac, Batum, Mann, Hartenstein, and possibly Kennard, then I am going to have a hard time believing that we lost in the trade with LA. They will be playing at home with more talent than N.O
I hate it, but I have to agree. Things don't just go well. That is not how the world works.NO by 20+ tonight
The same logic can definitely be applied to Pelicans fans. The fact is that while the Pelicans should be a statistical favorite against the Spurs it shouldn't be by much and they should be a significant dog to the Clippers in LA. So the odds that the pick conveys are still pretty damn good.I hate it, but I have to agree. Things don't just go well. That is not how the world works.

Imagine how exciting it would be the first time a play in team won the Finals. Would be straight Cinderella shit.Eventually i think the Play-in tourney will evolve into more games. Playoffs to make the playoffs.
