What do you guys think is more likely?

1. Season is delayed and resumes in a month or longer once virus stabilizes?

2. Season outright cancelled and all games played this year are essentially meaningless?

If 1 is correct, do they shorten the offseason to keep things on their regular schedule?

If 2 is correct what do they do about teams like Milwaukee who looked to be on track to potentially win their first championship since 1971?

I feel like they can’t just say “okay we will try again next year”; I mean they could, but that would not be fair to the teams who earned their positions.

Either way you look at it, sounds like a win for us. We either get more time for our players to recover, or we can forget about what has been one of the roughest seasons in recent memory.

Two things everyone should learn from this experience:

1) Have at least 6montths-12months savings

2) Already be prepared for shortages in times of need. Should’ve already had TP, bottled water, canned food, medicine, etc.

Good point, certainly possible. I wouldn’t be too hyped about this but I’m sure the tank crowd would approve. With 2 games left against Memphis we still had a legitimate shot of making it into the 8th seed. Have to think the players would complain about this scenario as well.

I saw on the news that as assistant surgeon general testified in closed door to congress, and he estimated that 70-150 million Americans could contract the virus. That's really hard to believe but he apparently said that would be the number for flu if we didn't have vaccines...and there are no vaccines for COVID-19
