It's kind of crazy to me that 35 year old Andre Iguodala pouted and sat out over half the season WHILE getting paid 10+ million, and his reward for that is another $30 million. Player empowerment is one thing but this is just disgusting.

the second year is a team option, so its effectively a one year 15 mil deal. Still mad, but not as bad.

If Iggy had a fringe chance of getting into the HOF after he retired. He removed himself from consideration with his imature unsportsmanship behavior.

Im thinking that, unless a deal bringing back a legit player for a run, that Dame & company would rather finish the season with Hassan and incorporate the guys off injuries and roll the dice in the playoffs then let him walk.

I was just gonna post that. So that's who CJ respects. SMH

What’s the issue again? Memphis didn’t trade for Iggy, they traded for a pick. It’s not like a Iggy did em wrong. They agreed to let him sit out, because they never planned for him to play for them. Who cares

Miami is looking interesting in the East if they can pull that off.

James Johnson and Dion Waiters not out for pregame.
OK, then, I'll switch it around. Whiteside and Anf go to OKC plus they take Johnson from Miami. Portland gets Schroder from OKC and Waiters from Miami. Miami gets Gallinari and Skal. Miami sends a first to OKC and a second to Portland. For me this trade makes some sense but I just don't think it will happen.

Wait a minute. I realize now I can send Hezonja to Miami, not Skal. Now maybe I don't need a pick from them.

Portland gets screwed.

PREDICTION:
MIA Gets:
Danilo Gallinari, Andre Iguodala, Deonte Burton
OKC Gets: Solomon Hill, Jae Crowder, Derrick Jones, Reduced Protections on 2023 MIA 1st, Future 2nd(s)?
MEM Gets: Justice Winslow, James Johnson, Dion Waiters, 2025 MIA 1st (made possible by reduced protections on 2023 1st)

he overhauled half the roster. Wake up. Did Neil steal your girlfriend? Did you apply to be his gardener and get turned down?
He let free agents walk and traded expiring contract for expiring contract. He is scared to give up anything of value to try and get better.
