Hmmm...I'd give this an 8 out of 10...The images in the background are wonderful, as well as the foreground pic. Shadows could not have been shown better. I dont like the big white text to the left, it seems to plain and out of place. Also the bottom sides of the pic; where it gets darker does not seem appealing to me (somewhat uneven and bit to pixelated).

Don't take my critism too hard; Its an excellent bg, and an 8 of 10 is very good in my opinion
