I stopped from doing my homework to watch this game. I feel so foolish.
 
I swear, there is so little chance at this point the Nets are going to catch up and beat the Spurs in a halfcourt executing game (but Frank will try anyways), run the ball up the floor and look for some homerun type 3's and get some momentum change. There is no harm in trying at this point. Get some quick offensive sets like some pick and rolls and spread the floor with shooters. Quick offense Frank, not this slow down hafcourt boring garbage at this point in the game.

how long have you watched the nets? You know a post scorer doesn't have to be a big man, you do know that right? Vince and RJ are much better post scorers than swift.

i was only comparing the big men, swift, boone, diop, sean, and krstic.
 
Is there any stat that shows how many layups/dunks attempt vs. jumpshots/3's? And the percentage?
 
Man parker doesnt miss when he gets near the rim. Its amazing. Kidd misses every layup attempt he gets practically.

We need to draft a shooter or two or at least try to aggressively get a good one like mike miller. Why don't these guys run more, its sickening. I mean I know San Antonio is part of the reason why they can't run but the nets don't even try to run consistently. Just because JKidd left doesn't mean that fast breaking should die. I don't get Frank, his team doesn't have the ability or desire to play defense. When will he realize this and adjust.

well in that case it's debatable. at this point swift has to be the best low post big man but when Krstic is healthy he's definitely better than swift.

It's a desperation move. Frank just wants this team to make the playoffs because he feels like when he's evaluated for this season he can always say he at least did that. Frank is definately in the hot seat. he has to be, I mean the nets don't even play hard consistently.
 
So now the Nets decide to try and get some quick shots up uh? Well, might as well take some 3's.
