Has it been confirmed youtube TV and some of these other national streaming providers will air the OTA Blazer games?
There is charge TV here in Austin but I can't imagine it will have the PDX feed, so we don't know what feed a national source like Youtube TV will use. They could pick from one of many local charge TV channels. They might explicitly be banned from showing the PDX feed during Blazer games as the NBA would want people to buy Blazervisions, NBA League Pass, ESPN/TNT, etc instead.
Its like saying just because you have ABC channel somewhere nationally that doesn't mean you will get what is broadcast on the PDX ABC channel (KATU).
Either I'm misunderstanding what you're asking, or you misunderstand how TV broadcasts work. This is 2024, not 1984. If you are in the Portland area, you get KATU, KGW, KOIN, and KPTV on your youtubetv broadcast, but if you go to Spokane you get KREM, KXLY and KHQ and if you go to Seattle you get KOMO, KIRO, KING and KONG.
In Austin, the Portland Charge! affiliate is not shown because, well, it's not in Portland or the Portland TV market/territory.
When you are out of the market, and you have Portland (or whatever city) listed as your home market, you can, after the fact, access programs from the local stations that you have recorded though (i.e., if I recorded a Blazer game on my youtubeTV, but was outside of the Portland market, I can access the recording once the game is over).
They aren't going to "ban" local stations from broadcasting local channels (the Portland Charge! station in this scenario) to force you to buy Blazervision.
They aren't going to show local shows from one market to another market.
