google....that's what I did

You're either not very smart, or you don't understand what is being discussed here.

So, to give you the benefit of a doubt, I'll explain for you:

Dviss brought up Armslist. Now, Armslist is a legal online resource that both Licensed Firearm Dealers and private citizens use to buy and sell guns. If private sales are legal in the state you live in, you can use Armslist to do a private sale.

FFLs are self explanitory.

I then gave a story about a private sale that I performed with someone. I then went on to explain that NO mass shooting has ever happened with a firearm that was purchased through a private sale.

You then come up with some wierd statistic about mass killings from the 1980s through till today....which explained NOTHING of what we were discussing here.

I then challenged you on that...and you told me that google is where you found it. Without providing a link for any evidence regarding PRIVATE SALES...which is what the topic was about.

Now....try and keep up, or go away.

I AM THE NEWS....unfiltered, non corrupted, honest reporting...look no further...I can't be bought for less than a qtr million..for that kinda scratch I'll go full on mags

LOL.

You know what....nevermind. Just...nevermind.

let's just go with the personal insult slant asshole.....I can handle humor...but condescending crap I have no time for....done with your post feed...so long

So you were joking. I apologize. I didn't catch your humorous reply.

You're in Cancun? Dude WTF are you doing online now?

After downing 5-7 Pacificos with lemon, I'd have my fave in some Latin lady's cleaveage...
Last night man. Taking it easy after a long week of drinking.

No latin lady for me, i am married lol

Negative, i dont burn that easily. I have a surprising percentage of native american for how white i am. And im married riverman.
as am I.....I joke but not at the expense of your heritage or spouse...I'm part Lakota on the maternal grandmother side myself...hoka hey

There's also easy ways to buy stolen cars online. Yet I don't hear anybody calling for "Car Control".

What's that? You mean, the majority of cars that are bought online are bought legally?

Well, so are guns.

You're smarter than this. I know it. Is buying stolen cars online against the law or not? Buying guns online without a background check is not. Use your brain because I know it's a smart one.

You used to hold a Federal Firearms License? Or you sold them privately?

Forgive me if I find this very hard to believe. You trust the government when it comes to Gun Control WAY too much for me to take you seriously about that.

But, by all means....I welcome your explanation.

This is my business. I don't need to convince you. I know what is true.

Because, despite what they claim, they don't support the 2nd Amendment, and they sure as hell wouldn't support a legally armed citizen using a firearm to protect themselves with. ESPECIALLY if it's carried legally in public.

And I've yet to see even ONE bit of evidence that says otherwise.

It's because they're smaght... (see neuro-linguistic programming below)

I'm afraid this is where you lose credibility, and let me explain why.

Too often, that very logic is used to justify prosecuting innocent people who have had to use a firearm for self-defense to appease communities when an "innocent angel" is shot and killed. They don't care if this person was violent, had a criminal history, or was even in the process of beating the fuck out of someone or trying to steal their firearm.

They just care about EMOTION. And they call defending yourself "negligence", and then ask why the innocent angel had to die, and why the shooter couldn't have shot him in the leg. Or something equally stupid.

If this happened to me....you think my insurance company would side with me, despite the fact that I was lawfully cleared in the shooting?

I don't think so. I've studied, read, and seen too many cases of good people being prosecuted on bogus charges because they chose to exercise their right of Self Defense with a firearm for me to believe that. And often times, that logic is used either to appease a group of people, or they are prosecuted for political gain.

So, my question to you is: what defines a "terrible tragedy" to you?

Don't make stuff up as you go along. There was a terrible tragedy when the little girl shot the guy at the gun range with the other. What the fuck was she doing with that UZI in her hand? There was a terrible tragedy when the two year old girl shot her mother while playing with her firearm. They always call it a terrible tragedy and no one is held accountable. This should be rules in place to prevent that.

So you don't agree with Patient Privacy?

Okay. Then tell us your medical history and information, so that we can determine if you're safe enough to live among us.

See how that works?

So again you guys are full of shit. You don't want to do anything about anyone with mental illness getting a firearm yet you will preach to the High Heavens that something should be done about it. What the fuck are you going to do? That's right, crickets...

Don't give me a strawman argument here. I personally give a fuck all about Marijuana or the laws governing it. Quite frankly, it needs to be legalized at the Federal Level, and states need to figure out for themselves what is okay and what is not.

When you can explain to me what a registry of legal gun owners will do to PREVENT crime, and who's in charge of keeping the registry, then we can discuss that in more detail.

But quite frankly, I'd rather have a public registry of violent repeat Felons and those associated with Gangs before we have a registry of law-abiding gun owners. I mean, why would you focus on tracking those who break no laws, rather than those who do?

It's not a straw man argument. There currently is a registry of marijuana purchases in Oregon. Whenever you go to a dispensary they take your name and your name is attached to how much marijuana you purchased that day. Because you cannot legally purchase more than a quarter ounce a day if you are a recreational user. Now, how do they know how much you've purchased in the day? Because there's a goddamned registry that's why. Also, nowhere in my post was at advocating there be a registry for firearms owners. I was simply stating that you all are completely fine with there being a registry for marijuana users because you know, it's so dangerous...

Yeah, you can get out of my face with that crap too. I've yet to hear ONE Republican blame Obama for 9/11. If anything, I hear way too many Liberals blaming Bush for 9/11...despite the fact that the planning for it started LONG before he was even a candidate for president.

I know this is the daily show but they're asking real Trump supporters questions and letting them hang themselves. You should watch the whole thing because it really illustrates how stupid a lot of trump supporters are. But go to 3:29 of the video to see what I was talking about.

Rudy Guliani is a fucking idiot...

That's funny....because I've yet to hear them say "Support the Gun Manufacturers". They usually say "Support the 2nd Amendment", and supporting the 2A is about SO much more than buying a gun. There's competitions, discussion panels, training courses and schools, public education, and studies of history and laws that all support the 2A. And all of which is supported by the NRA.

If anything, there are many gun owners who are currently upset at many gun manufacturers for what they see as price gouging and rising costs. Not to mention putting out a lower-quality product (I'm looking at you, Freedom Group and Remington), and charging people way too much for it.

Obama says lots of shit. Do you believe it? There's a reason for terms like gun control and pro-life. It's neuro-linguistic programming. Think for yourself. Don't let them program you.

We DGAF if a mass shooting never happened. This is not nor should not be the determining Factor as to whether or not someone should have a background check. That's some crazy shit to assert.

ALL firearm sales should require a background check.

The black hole in gun registration is Dad passes the test, gets the gun and little Nazi Bobby decides to borrow dad's gun...but hey....parenting isn't for everyone

"It's Bush's fault" was all we heard for at least 6 years of Obama, but sure. Republicans really shouldn't make excuses, and they should produce. Or else.

Who's been in control of the house since 2010? Who's been in control of the Senate since 2012? Nevermind we all know...

Little Nazi Bobby is only a Nazi because his father taught him.

Who's been in control of the house since 2010? Who's been in control of the Senate since 2012? Nevermind we all know...
Worst Congress in American history except for maybe the one JP Morgan bought

I'm done debating guns now. This isn't even the thread for it. On to the Blazer game!

Little Nazi Bobby is only a Nazi because his father taught him.
I don't know....sometimes little Nazi Bobby is rebelling against mom and dad...but I'm sure there are little Nazi mom and pop cults out there

Who's been in control of the house since 2010? Who's been in control of the Senate since 2012? Nevermind we all know...

For good reason. Both were democrat, along with Obama, and that scared the shit out of america.

You could be right. But racism Is learned and 99% of the time it's learned from mom and dad.

We both know that's a crock. Republicans have a majority of gubernatorial positions. And they have gerrymandered the districts. Please stop I pay attention...

Didn't stop the democrats from winning the house and senate in 2006.

That's because Republicans didn't have their plan in place yet. They didn't really need to because they were busy passing shit by reconciliation with George Bush.

That's because Republicans didn't have their plan in place yet. They didn't really need to because they were busy passing shit by reconciliation with George Bush.

They didn't pass anything by any special reconciliation. When the house and senate each vote on similar bills, they have to have a reconciliation between those two bills. The same bill has to be passed by both the house and senate to advance to the president's desk.

Unlike ObamaCare, which Reid illegally claimed both the house and senate voted on the same bill. There was no reconciliation. But the House and Senate govern themselves and republicans didn't have the votes to force things to be done right.

The house and senate are supposed to pass 13 spending bills every year to fund the government. That stopped with Obama - he just spent whatever the fuck he wanted. Until republicans took over the house.

Again, people saw democrats in control and were scared shitless. $9 TRILLION in debt! If the brakes weren't put on, it'd have been $90 TRILLION.

Take it. I'm so mad from tonight's loss that I'll probably punch my screen if this goes further. And it's not worth it to me right now.

Have a good night.

There's so much wrong with this post. It's funny how people say Obama spends this and Obama spends that when it's the house who passes all of the spending bills that are sent to the president's desk. The house controls the purse strings. Why people blame any president for spending is just silly. The government spends. Not the president. Also, I could have swore they took that abortion language out of the final bill. I also find it funny that you will quote Huffington Post when you believe that it represents your point but rag on it when someone else uses it.

The House controls the purse strings, but the president has to sign the bills.

When the House was Democrat and the senate was Democrat, Obama got $800B in "emergency" spending slush fund and upped the budget by another $800B EVERY YEAR.

You do remember the government getting shut down when republicans wouldn't go along with the reckless spending?

Horrible news.

First sign of enhanced U.S.-Russia relations under Trump: An invite to Syria talks

Russia has invited the incoming Trump administration to Syrian peace talks it is sponsoring later this month with Turkey and Iran, part of a process from which the Obama administration pointedly has been excluded.

U.S. participation, especially if an agreement is reached, would be the first indication of the enhanced U.S.-Russia cooperation that President Vladimir Putin and President-elect Donald Trump have forecast under a Trump administration.

The invitation, extended to Trump’s designated national security adviser, Michael T. Flynn, came in a Dec. 28 phone call to Flynn by Sergey Kislyak, Russia’s ambassador in Washington, according to a transition official.

...

The Astana meeting will follow an unsuccessful year-long attempt, spearheaded by the Obama administration and Russia, to implement a cease-fire and begin peace talks in Syria. Moscow and Washington have accused each other of sabotaging that effort. Russia initiated the new process, aiming to demonstrate its own leadership role on the regional and global stages.

Fuck Comrade Donald. Now and forever.

In 2001, a gossip columnist discussed Donald Trump’s Russian sexcapades on ‘Howard Stern’

In February of 2016, a “Howard Stern Show” clip from 2001 had resurfaced of then real estate mogul Donald Trump, who had called into the show andengaged in a dick-measuring contest with in-studio guest and gossip reporter A.J. Benza. The two were snapping at each other over a woman they both dated, a model named Kara Young.

Benza and Trump went back and forth over who stole whose girlfriend, then this curious exchange went down:

Trump: I assume A.J.’s clean. I hope he’s clean.

Benza: Meanwhile, he bangs Russian people…

Stern: Russian people?

Trump: Who are you talking about, Russian people, A.J.? I don’t know anything.

Benza: He used to call me when I was a columnist and say, “I was just in Russia, the girls have no morals, you gotta get out there.” [Trump’s] out of his mind.

The exchange happens at the 4:20 mark.
