St. Paddy's Day in Chicago was a fucking madhouse. It was on a Saturday compounded with the fact it was sunny and 80 when its normally freezing.

I wear prada sneakers. love them, so fucking expensive (I got them half off though) but I can wear them semi-dressy (w/ dark jeans) and not have to deal with dress codes and shit. but fuck, when I have to replace them, it'll cost me $420...I've had them for 3.5 years worn them everywhere and daily in the phillipines, mexico, vegas, the beach, etc. really good quality shit. I'm not paying retail for them, fuck that. They hardly ever go on sale though. But honestly, they are the best shoes I've had. mine are all black though.

otherwise I wear these, which are great. I like shoes I can only have to bring one pair when I travel, so they have to fit with shorts and dark jeans. I took these to Spain last year, really held up great. The best thing about these is I can just change out the Vibram soles instead of buying a new pair.

I use Nike Frees at the Gym. I also have the New Balance Minimus and the Vibram 5 Fingers, but i use those for travelling.
