I question if he will be an effective coach any longer, pretty different to make some comments on TV. Was nearly 20 years ago when he last coached the Rockets, he wasn't a particularly modern coach at that time either.

Lakers were horrible for all the years between Kobe Achilles snapping and LeBron arriving... yes had #2 twice (Lonzo and Ingram)

Boston was never bad but got both the Nets picks (#3 then #1)

Lakers had insanely good drafts those 3-4 years right before LeBron arrived if you list out everyone - Hart, Nance Jr, Zubac, Caruso, Randle, Ingram, Lonzo, Russell, Clarkson

It's actually crazy the only thing they ended up with was Embiid, they had so many great picks. If they had done an average job drafting they would've had a stacked contender.

In all seriousness I wonder if Langdon would want to bring back one of the Pistons favorites to fill the position I mean I would have NO issue letting Billups out of his last year of his deal to go to Detroit. Hell in fact i would help him pack cause as I have said he was a great player but sucks as a coach at least to this point. -- NM -- I mean Billups is a great coach and Detroit you would be super lucky to have him coach your team. -- lol
