The first season I watched was 89-90, so yeah I might have had some overly high expectations for a while because of it. I got over that by 2005 but I was such a shit about the team as a teenager.

Trade rumor going on JG to Cleveland we receive Georges Niang and Chris LeVert. This would be a salary dump for us. Depending on draft picks I think we can do better than this. Cleveland wish list. Dump so Blazer brass can sell the Blazers with a clean money slate.

I doubt the Blazers are having trouble trading JG for 1 first-round pick like this article says.
Two firsts sure, but one late-round pick? I don't buy that. IMO it is more about matching salaries with ending contracts.

If we were to trade Ant (which I prefer not to) then maybe Huerter would be a solid addition. But I still like Williams more. And to be honest, the way Murray has improved, I like him better as well. This scenario would need to come with at least a FRP.

I liked Watford; more than Jabari for sure. He wasn't much of a loss, but he was effective as an end of bench guy
