They are up there for sure. Them, Clippers and Bucks are favorites to win it, followed by Raptors, Sixers, Nuggets and Celtics being a move or further development of their young guys away from contending. Cannot look past an LA team against Bucks for the Finals though, barring injuries.

Since the Lakers are our opponent next game, are we allowed to talk about them now?

I think most people had the Lakers as the best team in the regular season, because the Clippers didn't have PG to start the year and plan to rest Kawhi like 2 games out of 3 until the playoffs. They have gelled pretty quickly, though - normally it takes LeBron a bit longer to get used to his celebrity sidekick du jour.

I'm not so sure about that. I swore there were people on here in the predictions thread that thought WE would finish higher than the Lakers.

Anybody see the travel by LeBron that wasn't called last night? I don't know how the refs can sleep at night when they don't call that shit.

it didn't gain the Lakers any advantage so there's that

on the other hand, not only was it beyond blatant, it made it look like Lebron was having a senior moment. If it makes it to Shaqtin a fool, would it be because of Lebron or the three blind mice?

That was some high class hilarity.

It doesn't matter, since the Clippers are winning it all, right? That is what you said....

Now even THE HCP knows THIS is bad......

The numbers were 7 - 27 (0 - 6 on 3-point attempts) for 19 points vs the Raptors and 7 - 30 (1 - 6 on 3 point attempts) also for 19 points vs the Spurs. Mind boggling.

I believe that his style of play directly leads to his teams not being able to win. He'd be an awful fit on this roster.
He’d be by far their best option on the bench though, if Tolliver for Randle could happen (I know it cant), they’d finally have someone on the bench who could score.
