Well, the second one went to overtime without Booker, so...

yeah, but the Pels were without Ingram. They've been really hot over the last 15 games. Of course, that's easier when they have 12 of those 15 games at home

That guy has a weird definition of "vertical"

Hope I don’t get in trouble from that one guy for posting this here in the AROUND THE LEAGUE thread…..

I have really enjoyed having amazing guards for the past decade trust me…. But we just haven’t had a dominant big man since LA.

Sucks that this is just an annoying Statmuse feed focusing on the same two random teams.

And now we get 5 years of jokes about it. Yay!

The Lakers have turned it around a little recently. Credit to Darvin Ham. I think it's also helped having LeBron out, because that made AD the focus of the offense and he found his game. Westbrook is doing that thing of improving throughout the season that he's done every year since he left OKC. Never seems to help in the playoffs, though. Lakers stats over the past ten games (6-4) are nothing to get too wild about, though. When Austin Reaves is your third best player...

Pissed off that they have Wenyen Gabriel. I never understood us not keeping him.

A Pelicans fan saying "yay! Now Zion's put a stretch of healthy play together, he's PROVED he's not an injury waiting to happen" would be like someone jumping off a skyscraper and saying "so far so good!" every time they survive falling past another floor.

tl;dr: enjoy it while it lasts.

Don't look now, but since we beat them the Knicks have been playing really well.

The Lakers WERE playing well. Then AD got sick and the losses started piling up again (3 straight I believe). Also- LeBron has been playing lately. Your post is perfect for 10 days ago.

"The move that might have saved the Golden State Warriors season"

All right," Kerr says to his staff, "we have to put Draymond in that second unit."

The idea isn't without risk. The Warriors' starting lineup -- Green, Curry, Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins and Kevon Looney -- is the single most effective lineup in basketball. Disrupting it could easily backfire.

Instead, the move does something far more than stabilize a rickety, losing bench unit. It stabilizes a Warriors season teetering on the brink.

I wonder if Silas has the Rockets believing they can make the play-in. They’ve had some impressive wins lately. They’re only 5 games back of 10th.
