So if this team gets a bench, could they be better than Okie town next year?

I personally felt they were good enough to beat the Thunder this year. Who knows, if they would have faced anyone other than the Spurs in the second round, they may have went to the CF. Only to lose to the Spurs.

Well, that makes me feel better about the way the Spurs dominated us. They are such a great team. They do everything well - ball movement, player movement, defensive rotations, setting screens, boxing out, etc.

I know everyone, including Reggie Miller and Steve Kerr are playing the Ibaka injury card, but I'm not sure he'd make much difference. First, he's a great weak side shot blocker, but a below average man-to-man defender. He absolutely gets abused by LaMarcus Aldridge, forcing Brooks to put Perkins on Aldridge. In this series, if Ibabka was available, it would mean more big line-ups. And that would mean more Duncan and Splitter vs. Ibaka and Perkins. Not sure how OKC comes out ahead there. When Perkins and Sefalosha are in for defense, OKC is playing 3 on 5 on offense.

Were we watching the same game ? Timmy was having layup drills for three out of the 4 quarters.

You guys are mistaking the thunders defense in the third, for their defense all game

Duncan scored but the Thunder made him work for those points. The Thunder are awesome.

Was only able to see the 3rd quarter.

OKC without Ibaka is worse than Portland tbh. It'll be a good series though because of how well they match up with the Spurs. Leonard isn't going to slow down Durant too much, but he's improved his offensive game so much from 2012 that he can negate a lot of what Durant does. Fisher will always live to kill the Spurs as well; he'll prolly average about 15-16 points in this series on ridiculous efficiency even if the Spurs focused their defensive gameplan strictly on him.

OKC without their third best player is worse then every other team to make the west playoffs, save maybe Dallas.

And the Blazers played the Spurs without Mo.

LOL No, even without Ibaka OKC would still be the second best team out west; just too much talent. On my previous post I meant their D is worse than Portland's without Ibaka. They can put up buckets in a hurry tho.

Wow. lol.

Please, tell me, whose the 3 above him. I got Roy Hibbert, Lance Stephenson.... that's the only two I can even think of.

David West has been the Pacers best player in the playoffs and its not even close.

To much talent in there top 3 guys, take one of them away and then they get thin REAL fast. We can agree to disagree on that one. There paint D is just nonexistent without Ilbaka, if you guys thought it was easy to score in the paint vs us you must be popping the bubbly already after seeing what OKC's looks like after one game. Timmy is going to eat them alive the entire series.
