CJ seems like an obvious choice if he's interested. But from the looks of it, I don't think CJ is very interested. Too busy eating charcuterie boards and drinking wine.

Jrue I thought did a super job bothering CP3, you could tell he wore him down some.

I specifically referred to just his offensive shortcomings. He was great on defense, as always.

Jrue needs to play like early-career Gary Payton: Distribute the ball, dominate around the basket, defend relentlessly ... and never shoot a jumper.

He and Harden are on the same diet I think.

agree, he has such an advantage physically he can beat down the guy he's guarding. He was fighting over screens and being very tough on Paul and it showed. It will be interesting to see if Jrue stays with it in Phoenix.

Beal had a COVID scare last season when Tatum and half his team tested positive after a game vs Boston.

Then his wife posted this in Jan:

Presumably, Beal was NOT vaccinated.

ugh.

Could be he's non-vaccinated and was in contact with his wife or others that did have it. Makes sense why he would be out and Grant isn't even though both registered negative tests.

that would explain it.

has it been revealed that he is negative?

Misread the tweet. Grant tested negative. Shams did not say whether Beal did or not. Likely Beal tested positive.

If they are looking for a replacement he tested positive

The NBA sent Beal unvaccinated? That’s a big L! So much for vaccinations cards. I’ve never had to show mine one time.

they should go with a big (like Randle or Wood), but i have a feeling they'll simply pick Garland.

would be interesting if CJ gets a call.
Randall would be a great addition . Garland looks lost. CJ would be a better replacement, especially in the International Game, for Beal, if Grant is lost due to Colvid tracing, as well.

Real big fail if he wasn't. And as far as us showing our cards, hey it's the USA, we're on the honor system. If we were all honorable that would work. I'm seeing people hack and sneeze into the air, like Colvid never happened. Cover up Foos, and GET VACCINATED.

We just might be acquiring a lot of picks!
Probably turn out to be a bunch of garbage. The Draft is a crapshoot! The only guaranty is that most picks end up smelling like your local dumpster.
