They were. Can someone tell me why Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese aren't on the All Star team?
Who should be left off? It's a missed opportunity for Women's basketball in my opinion. You strike while the iron is hot.
Who should be left off?
No wayDiana Taurasi
So...is the wild stat that it only took 213 assists to reach that mark?
It's like Professional Women's basketball is in it's infancy or something?So...is the wild stat that it only took 213 assists to reach that mark?
Is that per season?
The post says history but I have a very hard time believing it.Is that per season?
It does seem pretty crazy. As of 2021, a little over 1000 women have played in the WNBA. Which means her 213 assists so far this season would put her in the top 250 all time?!The post says history but I have a very hard time believing it.
Clark’s 213 assists ranks 268th in WNBA history, indeed giving her more career assists than about 75% of all players who have stepped foot on a WNBA court.
Well there you go. Seems like the math works. It does seem pretty crazy. As of 2021, a little over 1000 women have played in the WNBA. Which means her 213 assists so far this season would put her in the top 250 all time?!

On every team there is only one starting center. There is 4 other positions and two of them are guards. It seems wild that to this point 26 games would cover such a number. She will undoubtedly surpass them all very soon.Sure but centers don't get a lot of assists.
Neither of them ever even practiced with Team USA. They were too busy making deep runs in the NCAA tourney.Oops. I meant Team USA.
